Our Return Philosophy

At Living Card Games Store, we understand that sometimes a game doesn’t meet your expectations – maybe the strategy wasn’t your style, or the components didn’t match your collector’s standards. Just like we carefully package your Arkham Horror cycles and Critical Role dice sets, we’ve designed a return process that’s straightforward and gamer-friendly.

Return & Exchange Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition Requirement: Items must be unopened, in original packaging with all components intact
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for damaged/incorrect items)
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

To protect our gaming community, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened trading card packs or boosters (including all Arkham Horror LCG cycles and Ashes: Reborn packs)
  • Downloadable content or digital products
  • Personalized or custom items (like engraved dice sets)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

The Return Process (Simple as Rolling a D20)

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we get all needed information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our Game Masters will review your request within 2 business days and send return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely repackage the items in their original condition. We recommend using similar protective packaging to what we used.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our headquarters at:

  5. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different strategy game or collector’s item? Follow the same steps as above, but indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify your desired replacement item. We’ll handle the value difference accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your game arrived damaged or you received the wrong item (maybe a Path to Carcosa when you ordered Innsmouth Conspiracy), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or return at no cost to you.

Refund Details

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International Returns

For our global players (except those few remote areas we can’t ship to), please note:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
